Before co-founding ProAssisting, Ethan spent over 25 years in senior positions, including Director of Administrative Services and Senior Executive Assistant to the president and CEO at Rochester Regional Health. Ethan believes a high-touch hospitality mindset separates average assistants from truly exceptional ones.
