We’re extremely selective about who can become a ProAssistant—admitting less than 5% of applicants. Our low acceptance rates result in even lower attrition rates. As a client, you can feel confident that your ProAssistant will be around to help you build your business for as long as you need them.
Low executive to assistant ratio
The maximum number of clients that we partner a ProAssistant with is three. Based on our decades of experience leading teams of EAs, we believe this three-to-one executive-to-assistant ratio enables our ProAssistants to provide our clients with the high level of support they expect.

We wrote the book on leveraging your executive assistant
Our book, The 29-hour Work Day, is a practical instruction manual for optimizing your support staff. In its pages, we outline the five performance multipliers we’ve seen high-performers use to effectively pull time out of thin air, empowering them to focus more energy on critical tasks.
